No Americans, because USATF is dumb, but lots of foreign collegians in the meet.

They don't send any track athletes. I know in the past, they wouldn't let athletes go, even if they were willing to pay their own way.

Probably, there's no one willing to pick up the tab.
They did send athletes through the late 90s. I remember Chad Harting jumping in it back in '98 or so.
