This record awaiting submission of passport for ratification. I was informed by Ms Nicolas it is on its way. That is Alyana last leap for 2013 as far as i know and as she is born in 1994, that means the junior record will not likely be raised by her anymore. Their are a few girls in the Philippines who are developing rapidly who have a chance to .surpass that mark next year.
