Given the recent resignation of Altius from the PVP forum, I can see the day coming that he will retire blissfully altogether from anything to do with the pole vault.
We should exploit his knowledge and expertise for however long we can.
That is why it is imperative that those of us in the "community" support the clinics and camps that he is appearing at this summer.
Ours will be at Geneva High School, Geneva, Illinois from June 2-4, 2006.
Jeremy Bailey, Women's Pole Vault Coach at Brigham Young University will also be there to present.
This will be as much a clinic for coaches as well as male and female pole vaulters. I promise you will learn something to help your vault.

Much thanks to Bruce Caldwell of Essx Sports, Steve Chappell of UCS Spirit, and Mike Fontana of Athletic Equipment Resource for supporting this clinic.
