piking

i wasn't quite sure where to put this but i figured this would do. i have been trying to get over 13'6'' but my chest barely touches it everytime, my coach said i have to start piking. he said when i feel myself start falling to try and wrap my legs back under the bar so that my hips can continue to be shot up. i understand what he means but i am having trouble visualising this i guess, and i was wondering if there was something that helped some of you learn to pike.
