This video is from last night at the WPIAL finals. I finally am starting to invert a little bit, but I think it could be a lot sooner, and less sloppy. The first is 11'9" and the second is 12'9" a PR for me.

Always post video showing at least your last 6 steps. Preferably the entire run. Most likely you are doing things incorrectly on the ground that are causing you do things incorrectly in the air. You cannot fix your technique in the air, without fixing your run and take off first.

I would have posted the whole run, but the first one, that's all of the clip, my mom missed the run up, and the second jump you can't see the run.
