Critique on first meet

Hey all
This is my first meet of the season after training through the first meet and cutting through my hand with a chef's knife the Wednesday before the second meet.
It's my third day of jumping from 8 rights, and I ended up getting on a 15'6" 170 carbon (18.3cm) gripping 14'9", but my only successful jump came when I was gripping 14'6" with the standards between 70-75. I had only managed to jump on a 160 (20.1cm) in the two previous practices before this meet. My take offs are between 11'3 and 12'2", with my 4-step mid at 36'9"- 37'6". To me I feel like I am low on my take off and allowing my hips to come through way too soon. But my opinions are biased, and I would love to hear what you guys think I should work on specifically before my meet this next saturday. Telling me what the problem is as well as a specific plan to improve would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

^ These were all my jumps, 2 attempts at 4.65 going from a 19.1cm to the 18.3cm pole I described above.

^ These are two slowed down jumps. the first is my make, and the last is my last attempt at 4.80 with the only thing different being a grip of 14'9" rather than 14'6" for the make. Thanks for the help.
