No, I think it's technical, like he might have a really small hand or something. He just can't throw at all when the ball is really wet. It seems to slip or something. I'm not sure if it's the size of his hand, though. Pat Haden had really small hands and he seemed to do just fine in the rain. He also refuses to wear a glove. A lot of QB's seem to throw just fine with them on.
