Am I Liable for Injuries on My Poles?

If my poles are being used by a school or an individual and someone gets injured while jumping on them, am I liable? If so, to what extent? What can I do to indemnify myself?

I don't think it's been tested in court, so there's no clear answer. If someone was injured while using your pole, they could sue you (you can sue anybody) but I would imagine they would have a tough time proving any negligence on your part.

I would worry more about having some kind of contract to help you get a new pole if they break yours than I would about being sued. To the best of my knowledge, no one has ever been sued for loaning someone a pole.
