Got a important meet coming up, and it looks like some wind and rain. Anyone got any tips on how to jump well in these conditions. Thanks!

By planning ahead like this, you already have a step up on your competition. It's not going to be a PR day, but just don't let it be an NH day. Just start low and keep your grip down. Remember that everyone's jumping in the same conditions, so keep a cool head, stay warm, and be smarter than the rest of them.
I wrote a better post than this about 5 years ago. Search for "kirk bad weather secret weapon".

What Kirkb said plus grab at couple of large trash bags to keep your pole grips dry and your track bag drip. Add four or five towels to dry your hands. Caulk will help in light rain but stickum is useful for heavier rain.

Living in the Pacific NW, I highly recommend stickum and DO NOT USE CHALK. One of the best brands is Mueller Stickum, but any sticky adhesive will be better than chalk or nothing.
Good luck!
