SUMMER VAULT COMPETITIONS?????

Can we all pool our knowledge and come up with a rough schedule of summer vaults across the country? (Indy State Fair - ???, Wrightsville Beach - June ??, any others).

Vault for Moa
It in Witchita Kansas and Is a memorial vault For Samoa Fili The vaulter the was killed last year from Wictchita SouthEast. All proceeds and donations go to buying pads for school that can't afford legals ones. Its a great deal and fun. I think it first or second weekend in July.

Clovis Street vault will be in the beginning of August around the 12 or so.

Up here in the NW we have the Regional Champs beach vault on July 4 and the next day is the Alki Beach Vault put on by Rick Baggett.

Other Parts of the Country

I know there are some all-comers meets at Emory University in Atlanta. I think they either don't run the pole vault every week, or don't run both guys and girls every week... but I could be way off.

Out in Grand Haven is the Grand Haven Beach Vault......July 11-12

That'll be my first meet in over a year (returning from ACL surgery)!!

almost all Masters Meets - except Nationals will have open sections - just don't really advertise it - so go to Mastertrack.com and look at all the meets listed - draw back - if it bugs you that you might have someone starting at 6' - or lower - might be you Great Grandma or Pa

I know that there are all comer meets at Los Gatos, CA (the high school) once a week on Saturdays in July - August. Entry is $3 but competition is good for pole vault.

There are all comers meets on tuesdays.. Im not sure of the date ranges yet. Its like $1 to enter but you also run into the 6' jumper range. But I think they are fun... Im in the middle around 12'-14' depending on what pole Im using so Im kinda in the middle. Might not be so suited for those above 14' but for those at or under its great fun!

there will be a street vault in downtown Albuquerque, NM on the 12th of July. Scotty Steffan at the University of NM has all the information if your interested. it was a blast last year.
