An ESSX epic...

Unread postby JMP8928 » Tue Apr 19, 2005 7:31 pm

First off, i would like to take this opportunity to thank Bruce Caldwell, and the entire XLogic team. These guys have absolutely bent over backwards for me to get me the right pole. So heres the scoop.

A few weeks ago I let Bruce know I was interested in buying a few poles... i gave him my most recent stats, and he fit me with two progressing poles. That weekend i jumped in my one and only meet this spring season, and blew through my biggest pole. I then borrowed a pole from a buddy, which was essentially what Bruce would be sending me. As it turns out, I would blow through this borrowed pole too. SO, basically I was feelin like a HUGE stud. I had to call Bruce and tell him the news. Immediately following my last jump, i hopped on the phone and called Bruce. I told him what happened, and he told me that it would be no problem to get me the right poles. Bruce had spent much of his time talking to me on the phone, trying to figure out what was best for me. And to me, THAT is an example of sales genius. Not only are these poles exactly what I need, but Bruce was more focused on me jumping higher, than he was on the cash. The poles are incredible and service was flawless. For these reasons I am 100% sold for LIFE on ESSX. Not only because of how they are made, but the company’s attitude towards the sport and its athletes.

My son started vaulting last year in 7th grade. We meet Bruce thru Kris Allison. Bruce has become a great source of information and very helpful
in getting Kyle were he is now. Kyle won every meet in 7th and 8th grade jumping on ESSX POLES. WE'RE CONVENCED THEY ARE THE BEST
