Pole Vault Spikes

Hey! I was wondering what kind of spikes everyone uses to vault in and what they recommend. I'm looking to buy some new ones and I would like some advice. Thanks!
1/4 inch pyramids are pretty much the standard and excepted everywhere... some places may require 3/16 as max (I used these all through high school and liked them because they are a lot sharmper than the 1/4, just wear down a little faster).
