I jump on a Skypole, but was wondering what the draw backs/ benefits are for both poles? If one is dramaticaly different from the other?

If I am correct the FX will unbend faster than the skypole. If you are not good at getting upside down and catching the unbend of the skypole then going to a FX will be no benefit and most likely hinder your performance.

second that. skypoles will be a little easier to pentrate into the pit; however, they won't give you quite as much on top as a pacer fx.

Also, You can still go high on skypoles. I have had a HS girl go 12-2 on skypoles.

agreed, I wasn't trying to say you can't go high on skypoles, I've jumped on them and pacer fx's and ucs for years, a pole is a pole to me. Just that when using pacer fx's and ucs, you have to be in a better position to come off the top, skypoles you have a little lee-way. But I wasn't trying to say that skypoles are bad poles, I use them a lot for short run stuff.

I agree with what you said also. I wanted to just make a point that skypoles are good poles.
