New Spikes...

I know there are alot of individual topics on a few of the spikes but im still unsure which to buy. Currently im looking at the spikes available from eastbay.com and was wondering if you could post your opinions on any of the spikes if you own them or heard of them. Thanks

Nike is the most popular and i think may make the best quality spike. nike's pro's in my opinoin are comfort and overall performance. from time to time i have noticed that nike shoes and spikes can be less durable than other brands, but if you buy a new pair of spikes every year this shouldnt be a problem. of course if you go with another brand that is ok as there are many good spikes out there. i had a pair of reeboks were a very nice spike and have used asics and adidas for non vaulting spikes and have been happy with those.
in addition to cost and of course the appearance of the spike(what could be more important that that?) you should decide whether you want a long jump or triple jump shoe. i think nike still classifies their tj shoe as tj/pf while i believe reebok has been lj/pv. i prefer the nike lj, but have not purchased this years yet, but i have heard good things.
