MORE progression issues...

OK.... i know its been asked and answered, but ive been scanning the forum for a while and cant find it....
what is the acceptable progression in poles of the same length (in flex #) between one pole, and the next in the series? a few CM? 1/10ths of CMs?

1.0 centimeter is about 5lbs of stiffness.

ESSX RECOMMENDS
4.4 to 6.6 lbs per stick in the beginning of the season and then 2.2 to 4.4 lbs towards the end. Adrenaline poles should be 2.2 lbs to 4.4 lbs stiffer than meet poles as one can move the grip up 1/2 fist and soften this pole to move to in a meet.

thats per inch of grip. not flex. 1 cm of flex number equates to 5 pounds of stiffness.

it is 1.5 lbs per inch on Pacers, MYstic, Skypole
1.25 lbs per inch on other poles.
