Well its my first meet on saturday and my school ordered a new pole bag, but there was a problem and its not going to come from a little while. I need some to put them in to keep dry, i have a pvc pip but it only holds like 5 poles.

we didn't have a pole bag last year so we put our poles in cardboard cartons and then wrapped the cartons in plastic to keep them dry. hope that helps!

go to walmart or home depot and buy a plastic tarp. They're only like $4 and can fit a ton of poles (as well as yourself and your junk) under it to keep them dry.

I made my own pole bag that way for $20.. with the black pipe with ridges, and just covered up one end and wrapped the pipe in some green material stuff that my mom sewed around the pipe. it looks really nice

6". It comes in 10' lengths and you can get a connector to link the two pieces together and then cut it down to 15' or whatever. It'll be around $25 bucks total for 2 10' pieces & a connector. Lowe's carries it for sure, Home Depot usually just has 4", but a few stores have 6".

Alot of people put them inside their pole bags to protect the poles from getting spiked and such. I would highly suggest it.

It's called corrugated drainage pipe. The stuff that they carry at Lowe's and Home Depot is single wall, meaning it has the ridges on the outside and on the inside. It gets the job done but it's really flimsy, and if you don't have a bag full of poles, flops around like a piece of spaghetti.
The other grade of the same pipe is called double wall, where the inside of it is smooth. It's much more rigid and doesn't really bend at all even if there are no poles inside of it. Looks exactly the same on the outside, but smooth wall on the inside, and still very lightweight to carry, but much more durable. Much harder to find though. It comes in 20' lengths and you just cut it off to whatever length you need, so no connectors are necessary. I went all over the place and Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace don't carry it and won't order it. I ended up going to an industrial plumbing supply place who would order it, but it's taking over a month to get the stuff in.
