Just wondering about these spikes. My XC spikes are falling apart and I should prob get a new spike for outdoor, but I don't want to get jump spikes because I run distance too. I was thinking between the Asics Hyper MD and these.

I also have another question concerning the Nikes. On everythingtrackandfield it says they are a multi event spike but on eastbay it say's there for 1500-10,000 meters.

go here if you are looking for a good deal on spikes. i discovered this when i recently bought some new pole tips, unfortunatly I'm good on spikes for a while or i would definately go for some of these prices. you can search by size and then it lists it by price.
for example, i searched for my size. look how cheap if you are just looking for a mid distance shoe for multiple events. they also have deals on old(and even new if you like reebok) jump spikes.

i havent done any other eevnts but a lot of the track team does have this spikes. my LD friend has them. SD runners have them too. and some jumpers use them as well so i think they would be good for just about any event
