100m times of Elite vaulters???

100m times of Elite vaulters???

Does anyone know the 100m, 200m, 40m, flying 30m, etc. times of any elite vaulters??? Just trying to figure out how fast I should try and get.

Here's some of the velocities of the best pole vaulters of all time. You'll have to do the math to figure out what that translates to in the sprints.

I believe Russ Buller's 100m time while at LSU was something like 10.33-34; very fast!!

I think the announcers at Reno said that Keenan King can run the 100m in 10.26 sec, or something close to that! :eek:

Yeah and I know that he ran a sub-21 200m, not sure the exact time though. He is smokin fast. Looks really light on his feet, like Russ.
