Actually they do, it's just that stuff has to get really bad before they pull anything.

If a list of substances is what you are looking for, they always point us to drugfreesport.com. But I agree, just because it enhances your performance does not necessarily mean that it is illegal. Dieting alone can make a big difference in the weight room and in later parts of the jumping days when you normally would be low on energy. I eat at practice all the time.. animal crackers are currently the favorite :D
