What pole are you on and what grip are you at? Also, do you have any video of your jumps?

Only been used four times, 6 years old. Our vaulter could not get on it and no one else is going to be using it at our school. I am willing to trade for a 13' 155, 13' 140, 14' 145 or a 13'7" 145. Located in Western Pennsylvania, about 45 minutes outside of Pittsburgh.

Woah! I know Max, he is a good friend, and a great vaulter. It's going to be weird seeing him not in a Shadyside Academy uniform.

I was wondering if there are any good drills to help me nail down some of my problems in the vault. I have trouble rowing and keeping the left leg straight. If there are any good drills please let me know. Thank you for your help!

I am looking for a 13' 7" 150 lb pole vault pole. I am willing to trade, just ask for a pole & I will look for it in my shed. I am about 30-45 minutes East of Pittsburgh.
