IMHO, it's a bit short sighted choose a lower tier university just because they throw you some money. It may save you money for 4 years but but it will definitely hamper your earning potential over the next 30 years. tie a shoe to the tip of your pole and do 10-12 30-40 yard buildups on the grass, barefoot if you wish. it might not sound like much but the shoe exponetially increases the difficulty of pole runs. after taking the shoe off your stick should feel like a toothpick. then perhaps some flying 40's on th...

losing weight shouldnt be concerning you right now. in order to get on bigger sticks you have to be faster, and inherently carry more momentum into your plant. basic physics, mass x velocity = momentum. elite vaulters are anywhere from 170-190. so dont fret about weight, just nail that approach and ...
