Hey our school doesn't have a box cover so every day we vault we have a tedious task of draining the plant box with buckets. I looked online and they seem quite expensive so i was wondering what I should do. Does anyone have any specs on how to create one?

well i just had my last xc race at regionals today. I was considering doing p90x and combined with some cardio runs for track conditioning, should i take like a 2 week break inbetween seasons? or just continue training at low intensity?

lots of great help here! this is exactly what im looking for, Id say my weaknesses would be obviously be the sprinting but as the fastest cross country runner in the school its not something id like to give up, keep in mind i sometimes run the mile and two mile.

unfortunately i don't, but at regions last year I was running so hard i couldnt even match my pr of 11 6 because the standards were all the way back and i was still kicking it on the way up. where are you guys located? by the end of last season i was blowing through a 12' 130 lbs. skypole, Im heading to the track tomorrow so ill check the flex number to get a better idea for my next pole.
