High School Vaulter Help
I am a high school vaulter. 5'10", 130lbs. I'm having a block on my invert. The attatched video is a jump at 12' with a 13'1", 150lbs pole. I'm working on moving to a 14'1", 140lbs pole. I can bend the longer pole just as well as the shorter pole, but the longer pole does not take me any higher. Looking for help on straightening out at the waist, leaning back,....etc.
