Can you tell me how different this is than the DVD Alan was selling at the PV Summit in 2005?

This DVD has voiceover throughout the DVD, making it clear and easy to follow.

Much of the footage is the same, but most of it has been reworked with voice over added.

It also has a section of World Record Holder Yelena Isinbyeva training with Coach Vitaly Petrov, that Alan shot in Italy, November of 2006.
