Dang Robert! How much you weighing in at these days?

I blew through a 14'6 190 last weekend from 12 steps, weighing 165, but my 15' 180 got the job done. Wouldn't mind a new 15' 185, 15.6 flex!

That's 190 pounds of solid steel :star:

Kris is addicted to vaulting, he just doesn't always like to admit it ;)

I laid off training for about a year, and just jumped once in awhile for fun. Then I began to find that I could jump just as high out of shape without training as I ever did in shape training hard. So for the last month, all I've done is jump twice a week from 6 steps on a 14' 175 and do high bar workouts 2-3 days a week, no running or lifting or plyos. Well, I planted the biggest pole of my life 2 weeks ago weighing the same as I always have, and blew up a pr tie 4.60 - thought it was going to be a 4.90 day until my lower back seized up during my first attempt at 4.75, then I was done. Gonna train a little for Reno though.
