hey

if you really want to coach, learn to coach or show that you can coach, this is the type of opportunity you should grab... even if you have to move there and work at other jobs...

Lipscomb obviously wants to "do it right" so the standards are where they need to be.

if you are confident in your coaching ability you will have no problem starting this way....

i believe Jim Bemiller was a volunteer at UT...any questions!
