I have a teammate that listens to classical music or opera before meets. I enjoy that kind of music as well but not before I'm about to jump! It's wierd but I guess it works for him.

I'm usually real nervous for some reason, so I usually just try to stay calm...when i'm waiting for other vaulters, I sit in one of those cloth foldable chairs and chill...maybe it's a girl thing... :P
