NCAA women's qualifying round
NCAA women's qualifying round
Just left the stadium. Qualifying was postponed due to a downpour and a bit of lightning. Lightning actually struck the scoreboard before the stands were cleared. We'll find out later if they're going to do the qualifying round this evening or just take all 28 to the final. I'll bet on taking all 28.

oh, thats where the lightening hit.
Rained out!
After making us all jump in the downpour for 12-3.5, the lightning saved the day. The event is postponed until 9pm (warmups begin at 7:30) this evening. They will resume the competition right where they left off. About half the field is over 12-3.5 and another third or so still hasnt taken all or any of their attempts yet.
ugh! where is the texas sunshine and tailwind i was expecting??
