yeah we do intersquad meets too at our school each year right before xmas break, our coaches make it real competitive and make like a try out for freshmen so if they do well they make the team and if they dont they get cut, kinda cut throat, but its fun to compete

Man this really my day!

I was a Latin major in college. I taught high school Latin for 5 years before I went to Law School.

Guys and Gals, the correct word is intrasquad (like intramural). The Latin word intra means "within". Inter on the other hand means "between" (like in Major League Baseball where they have nterleague play ("between" the American and National League teams). So an intersquad is actually what actually what you have when you compete against other schools.

Now you can go impress your teachers.

Sorry. I confess. I'm a professor. I can't keep myself from teaching. I can't help it.

Next week we can cover the difference between "lie" and "lay" and the following week I'll explain why the word supersede is spelled with an "s" but other words like "proceed" have the letter "c". ;)

I apologize for being such an a**. I hope that you know that I was joking about "lie" and "lay" and "supersede". I'll leave that to your English teacher.

What real funny about this is that our head coach did write Intrasquad on the results that I looked at. I thought he was wrong, but i was almost put that as the title. I thought it was wrong...its my fault, my school was right.

but you can talk about how Shin and Hen don't rythme.
