Lindenwood Home Meets (St. Charles, MO)

Unread postby rainbowgirl28 » Mon Apr 11, 2005 10:23 pm

We are hosting 3 home meets at Lindenwood University this year!

Lindenwood Invitational, April 16th (this Saturday)
Lindenwood Mini Meet #1, April 19th (next Tuesday)
Lindenwood Mini Meet #2, April 26th (the following Tuesday)

They are all going to be small meets, open to all abilities. I don't think we have an entry fee.

I don't know the time schedule yet, but I will post it when I find out.

I know a couple of you high school kids are local... if you guys aren't busy you should come by and check us out. So far the weather forecast is looking dry for Saturday, so hopefully last year's mud vault will not be repeated.

If you are interested in competing, just PM me and I will find out what you need to know.

The women's pole vault starts at 11:30am this Saturday. Men to follow.

They'll follow pretty close behind... I think we are the only school with vaulters that will be there.

It's a pretty small list. The entries were done through Direct Athletics, but I don't know how to view which teams signed up.

There is a chance some big boys might show up, I'm bretty sure Dub is looking to come, he is ready to jump between 17-6 and 18', and has a ton of knowledge and is completely open to share it with anyone that asks him for help...plus after the meet, i am sure there will be a concert somewhere out of the back of Van Ram-Rod...with those wheels, it is good thing the lu man chu is gone...I nearly made a PR there last year, so I may head up there Sat or for one of those Tuesday meets...

I need to get me a picture up here...I may just have the one...
