I was wondering when someone would notice that. Three weeks ago when I first saw it, I wrote to Sandy Pashkin (USATF masters records person) noting the "9" instead of a "0". I commented that "As much as I would like to vault that high (over 16 feet), I don’t think that will ever happen."
Sandy wrote back "I guess I thought you were superman. Oh well, will correct."

Although it was done on my birthday and I measured it and was one of the signatures on the form, that was not my "0."
