As I posted on my blog yesterday - http://masterspv.blogspot.com/2010/02/thud.html, I'm out as my bicep will not be ready for that level of vaulting. I don’t want to tear it up for nothing so I'm bailing. Nancy and I will make a vacation out of it and have fun. I will declare, dress out and then pass to 4m before withdrawing so I can hang out and help my buddies on the field. Looking forward to seeing you all. Bubba

Wow, so sorry to learn that. I sure hope you will find some form of rehab that will bring it around soon. Hate to see you miss comps and even practices since it can be so easy to lose hard earned gains during a recovery.

Thanks guys! Last year I learned that the groin can't be rehabbed; that it has to be completely rested or it will not ever heal. I've just learned the same thing about this bicep after eight weeks of trying rehab. I'm cool with it now that I know that’s how it is. I am training my butt off in all other areas and will come back faster and stronger. At least it's not my legs. See you soon. Bubba
