




Effective immediatly: I will post our daily training activites at www.skyjumpers.com. Go to the training button on our home page, and you will see a monthly index. Every week or so we will up-date our report with our activites for the past week. The files for each month will be in reverse order so that when you open it it up will see our most recent activites first. In addition, our suggested weight training percentage-based program is also featured, as well as general seasonal training over views. I welcome any questions or comments.
