March 3-4 pole vault camp in Tampa- Florida PV Academy

Dear Athletes,
The Florida Pole Vault Academy has set the date for our In-Sseason pole vault camp for march 3rd and 4th (saturday and sunday) at Tampa catholic high school. It will be both days from 8am-6pm with a lunch break from 12-2. The cost is normally $299 for this camp, but by invitation it is only $99 . (email for invite info)

Schedule:
Saturday 3/3/12 – 8am-noon- Run/plant
Saturday 3/3/12 – 2pm-6pm – Take off
Sunday 3/4/12 – 8am-noon – Inversion
Sunday 3/4/12 – 2pm – 6pm – Full vaults

All ages, and parents and coaches welcome.
If you plan on attending, please let me know in advance, as limited spots are available.
