Daniel not declaring gives 4 more guys the chance to get to go, I think it's very noble of him not to.

i guess yall havent heard about jordan situation!!! They are not going to count the 5.60 mark!!!! They have a rule that says there must be 6 or 7 competitor in the event for the mark to count!!!! They only had 3 including him, so they are not going to count the 5.60 mark!!!

That's weird. I've only ever heard of there needing to be a minimum of 3 vaulters.
