can you put the meetings online, like a web cam forum. im pretty sure there are sites that host things of this nature.
sounds like we need a second coming of Prefontaine and Bowerman to do somthing about the USATF like they tried with the AAU

The USATF and AAU analogies don't really make much sense. The AAU actively kept athletes from bettering their own situation. USATF at worst is guilty of not being very efficient at helping athletes. Considering what USATF dues are and the insurance benefits you get from them, they offer a pretty good bargain.
I want to see pole vault grow and expand. I want to see opportunities expand. I want to see more exposure for our sport. I also know that if these things are going to happen it is going to be because people from "outside the establishment" are going to make them happen.

I should have typed that better, sorry. I didnt mean that the problems with the USATF are/were the same as the AAU, I meant that it all just cant be talk, there has to be some sort of action. My bad.
