So I _think_ maybe Chelsea won with 4.65 and Lacy second with 4.60? We'll find out soon.

Now...

USA Track & Field: Everyone is clapping, the crowd is completely behind her!
USA Track & Field: Johnson attempting new American record in the PV...

Uhhh never mind, Katie clearly can't tell Chelsea and Lacy apart. (Janson and Johnson are confusing names)

USA Track & Field: Appologies, that was Jansen missing on that attempt

So maybe Lacy won with 4.65 and Chelsea second with 4.60. I know that Trey has already tweeted that Chelsea made the team.

Janson takes Gill Women's Pole Vault

Former Florida State standout Lacy Janson, who failed to clear a height at this event last year, improved considerably on that performance by winning the Gill Women's Pole Vault with a clearance of 4.65 meters/15 feet 3 inches.

2009 World Outdoor Championships silver medalist Chelsea Johnson finished as the runner-up by soaring over 4.60m/15-1, with 2003 NCAA Outdoor champion Becky Holliday finishing third by clearing 4.55m/14-11.

Lacy Janson, women's pole vault winner

I have no complaints. I had two good attempts at 4.84m (American Record height). I couldn't be more confident going into World Indoors.

Video interview with Lacy Janson: http://ow.ly/16GBX4

She says she wishes Jenn was there competing, that this was the first time she has attempted 4.84 in a meet, and answered some other stupid questions.
