I don't want to give away all my tips for free
I will say very few are here in the US.
Secondly, you need to be my assumpition top 20 minimal in the world and a powerful agent to even sniff the meet.
Thirdly, you better have near a 4.70 PR for the meet Director to even want you there.
Fourth, you better have money to pay for travel cause most of them either don't provide much travel funding or none at all.

hello,
although i did post that ETSU has a "favorable" vault set up..
i'm just wondering what "favorable" facility has to do with the subject of this thread?
as long, indoors, that the runway is long, fast enough and the box is set correctly a jumper should jump to their potential!
outdoors, wind is a factor... and it depends how much the meet director either cares for the vault or can control the runway/pit set-up.
