i dont like how they made them start where they left off. i mean if competition had to be stopped for like an hour, that would make more sense. but an entire day break? they cant just pick up where they left off, too much time has passed. bummer
but good job to those that made it!

I would have liked to see them start over, but I guess that's not how the rules work.

well it was kind of a lose lose situation. On the one hand i wanted to start where we had left off b/c i usually come in at like 11 ft, so 12-3 was a huge opening height for me, and i didn't want to risk missing it after i had already cleared it the night before. On the other hand it was obviously harder to start right off at 12-7. To be honest I was expecting a lot more out of this meet. I was expecting to see a lot of PRs and there wasn't any. I hurt my ankle pretty badly during warm-ups Thursday, so i was really slow on the runway and didn't do as well as i wanted to, but for the most part i think a lot of us were disappointed.
