I hate head winds, let alone swirling. Our practice last night, i only went up like 3 times cause the head wind sucks. I just get so mental.

I'd like to see a picture of Toby's huge clearance!

Way to go Brad! I knew he would do it. Now go for 20'!
Just you wait...

she jumped 4.45 last year to win it and then she jumped 4.50 this year to win it. Other than her though, nobody has jumped well there, including me.

Dana is tough and does not let the little things or the big things bother her.

I have a ton of videos from the the pole vault open and junior mens competitions, i will post up a link when they are up. The weather was not god at the end of the day for the open vault, it got cold and the wind was not consistant.

The conditions really sucked from the vaulters point of view. There was a headwind at the back, and cross or head gusts at the takeoff. Plus, it was kinda cold. There was a crowd of PV fans on the fence, but the rest of the stadium was pretty empty. Just not a good energy there. Any day where 5.40 gets you 5th place with that field is no good.

oK here are some videos from the meet. http://www.polevaultworld.com/usatfcham ... ips05.html The senior jumps are towards the end, but i am a little partial to #4960. ;) Best jump for me in a while. not much time to really tell what each jump is right now..maybe later.
