Tito Jumps 5.76!

Unread postby lonestar » Mon Jun 21, 2004 10:42 am

Texas State Vertical Championships
Texas State University San Marcos
Saturday, June 19

1 Tye Harvey 5.76m 18'10.75"
2 Jim Davis 5.50m 18'0.5"
3 Kevin Galbreath 4.50 14'9.0"

Tito put together a terrific attempt at 5.83 on his 3rd, after blowing through on his first, and test jumping a big pole he'd never planted on his 2nd. Got caught with a little puff of wind coming in, but took it up anyway, not 100% committed to his swing with a good 4" of hip height and knocked it off with his hand. Tito is ready!
