Milestone of 2004!
In Pole Vaulting, which do you believe is the better performance this year? If you have another, post it!

womens world record is amzing....but how many flippin times did it happen this year? Toby's 6 meter jump is more rare than a womens world record these days. U.S. men taking 1 and 2 at the Olympics deffinently ranks up there too. Mack!!!!! Most people get older with time....?
Just fly high, and KISS THE SKY!!!

sad to say
Sad to say the broken pole got more media attention than the 16' world record.
But I wanted to vote for all of them
but had felt that both USA vaulters placing in the Olympics as the highlights
so I just voted for Tim Mack and Toby

YES Chelsea was another great highlight
Scott Go Pre wrote:I forgot to add Chelsea being the first college female over 15' (4.57). That would have been a great one to have added to it.
