We are hosting a USATF
Sanctioned Street Vaulting Exhibition at our Scarecrow Festival in Washington
CourtHouse Ohio on Saturday September 17, 2005. Registration begins at 8:00
a.m. and the cost is $10.00. There will be awards and everyone partcipating
will receive a t-shirt. Middle School and Girls vault at 10:00 a.m. and guys
will vault at 12:00 noon. This is open to all ages and draws a big crowd.
Any questions, call me at 740-335-0291 or cell 740-572-0371 or e-mail me.
Contact is my husband, Tim Walters, Head varsity Track and Field Coach at
Washington Senior High School and Excel Track Club. Thank you very much for
your help. This is held on our main Street of Town, Court Street. All of the
downtown streets are blocked off for this festival. Thanks again. Alana

I made it, and it was a lot of fun...even more than i expected...it was kinda hard to get right back into after not touching a pole for alomst 4 months, but after getting past the few warmups where my pole planted on the pits instead of in the box...it was good- all things considered

Swanson won for the guys(17 or maybe 17'6''), and I don't remember the girl's name, but she was a HS gal (and gymnast :mad: )(10Ft. I think)

...the shirts were really cute too :P

swanson won it at 16 ft and then attempted 17
If you cant do it right , do if 10000 more times till you can

yes i was there i won the highschool devision and i also competed in the open devvision
If you cant do it right , do if 10000 more times till you can
