I do it just to vault early. We can't vault until the snow melts at our school.

This is a great clinic for HS track athletes. Friends of mine are coaching the PV.

Yeah I know them too, Kind of. I went to the thing last year and I went to a summer camp type thing that they had. We also got our poles from them. We rented like five this year, and bought two

I'm from Kingsland.

Are you going to it, if your are how will I recognize you. By the way My names Carl Calabrese. If this helps, I'll prolly be there with some of my own polls, but they'll be flight deck or I have a white one, I dont know what brand it is. they're between 10'8 and 12ft

I vault and coach for Flight Deck. Onle of my female athletes from Armstrong will be there but I will not. I am recovering from getting my wisdom teeth pulled this morning. Have fun tomorrow.

I just got back from the clinic, and I vaulted all day. It was awsome. I'm kind of nervous about my season now because I maxed on my pole today. all of our other poles are too small for me. Any Suggestions?

Trade in the poles you rented from Flight Deck and get some that you will use. That was the whole idea with the renting.

The pole I'm using is one that we bought though. would flight deck trade for it?
