Season is about to begin, looking for some help...

Well my basketball season has come to an end with a devastating 2nd place finish at the state basketball tournament and it is time to focus on track. I go to a small high school with 75 students and a pole vault coach that doesn't know much. I am an experienced vaulter who has vaulted over 13' last season. We don't have indoor and I was wondering what would be the best way to get worked into this season. What drills should I and my team do? Thank you very much! Lance
