New to coaching college athletes

I have been a high school coach for 3 years, this year I received an opertunity to take on the added responsibility of coach a couple of college level athletes at a small school in Washington. I was just wondering if college coaches out there had any advice. Or insight on how high school coaching is different or the same as college coaching.

You can date the college one and it is not as bad as dating the high school ones, but just a little.
