My two vaulters PRed yesterday my Fresh guy jumped 10'4 and girl 8'6. I am more pumped than they are I think. I think it is from our great weather we are having in Mo. We have spent a lot of time inside doing wall plants, pole runs , roundoffs, SI, Bar work, is there anyother different drills I can do so they do get board?

I have my kids do a lot of pole walking drills. Hold the pole vertical in front, grab as high as possible with top hand. That's the grip for the drill. You might have to adjust the grip a little, depending on how well they do the drill. Do 2 step and 4 step drills focussing on take-off position. Land on trail leg foot.
