trampoline drills

are there any drills i can do on a big trampoline? thanks!

bounce onto your upperback and have your legs perpendicular to your body, like an L. then try to whip your legs like you would while vaulting over behind your head. you can push off the trampoline with your hands to simulate the pole push off while your legs are going up over your head and you try to land hollowed out. you can put a bungee across the trampoline to practice doing it in a bar type of situation.
yeah, just dont land on your head . . .hehehe

It will build motor skills and simulate what action need to occur in the vault. Be sides it is fun to see how many you can do in a run Lol
