I recently got a trampoline and have been making stuff up...but it would be nice to actually know what I am doing.
I have been jumping into the air
then rocking back/bringing legs in twords my chest,
landing on my shoulders looking twords the sky
extending my legs straight up into the air while rotating
until I am looking down at the surface of the trampoline (perpendicular to the trampoline) with my feet still above my head.
Then I rotate and fall onto my back.
It feels right, and I am pretty proud of it, but I am just a kid bouncing on a trampoline (I do this with a peice of pvc pipe the length of my grip).
Any suggestions?
