Unread postby flyinazn » Mon Jun 30, 2003 7:45 pm

I was wondering how I can get more speed in for my vault. I do a 54321liftpop approach at 83' 6". What are somet things i can work on for speed?

Lots of sprint drills, stability exercises, core exercises, and the right weightlifting. Don't forget plyometrics and overspeed drills too. Make sure you never run more that 80 meter sprints unless you're warming up or cooling down. Read about sprint mechanics. You can find lots of these drills and information free in http://www.advantageathletics.com
